Tim and his family lived near us and I got to know him as a neighbor who I could count on if I needed something in an emergency at the house. He was so nice and so was his family. I always enjoyed his 6 year old twins Raquel and Reef who would shout over the fence at me when I came home to say hi and I like that Tim is a family man who I could trust. He helped us out for a few years with handymen referrals and advice whenever we had something come up at the house. When we were ready to sell he gave great advice about what to do to get the house ready for sale to maximize it’s value.
He found all of the painters, handymen, plumbers, landscapers and various contractors to get estimates for all of the work that needed to be done and he also stay involved with them to make sure everything got done on time and under budget. You can also ask Tim for his “before and after” photos of houses he’s sold! He has great ideas on how to improve your curb appeal which will help you sell your house for more. Tim did a great job advertising/marketing the property and we had multiple offers the first week it went on the market!
He sold the house quickly and for $60K more than the most recent similar house on our street that just sold a couple of weeks before ours. Definitely appreciate all his help, he’s great!
