Tim has lived in the La Jolla and Pacific Beach areas for the last 30 years and first got into real estate as an investor buying up 2-4 units and vacation homes in the San Diego beach areas and Hawaii. He later got licensed and then mentored under one of the top 25 real estate agents in San Diego.

Tim is a family man with his wife, who teaches elementary school in La Jolla/UTC and his 16 year old twins. He and his family live in the La Jolla area.

Tim has a business degree from one of the top division one colleges in the country where he concentrated in marketing. He then went on to test what he learned in college by helping a company grow to more than $1 Billion in revenue twice as fast as Microsoft. He has many clients and references who are local business owners, doctors, lawyers, teachers, and even former CEO’s or Founders of multi-billion dollar companies.

Tim is a licensed real estate broker in California. He also has 20 years experience managing rental properties and also vacation rentals in the beach areas.

Tim is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the San Diego Association of Realtors, the Mission Bay Real Estate Association in Pacific Beach and Mission Beach, and the prestigious La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Association (REBA).
