Sold a Single Family home in 2016 in La Jolla, CA.
Because the 2 houses next to ours, which are identical to ours, short sold 6 months previously to ours, numerous realtors told us we would never be able to sell our house for full market value. Tim assured us we would be able to sell our house for what other houses in our neighborhood get per square foot but it might take us longer than average, but if we were patient we would get our price. We were patient, (most houses in our neighborhood sell in 3 months, ours took 6) and we got very close to asking price! Tim gave us helpful advise in the staging of our house, both inside and out. We were able to stage our house ourselves by de cluttering, packing away some of our personal items and adding decorative pillows to beds and sofas. The house looked so good we should have made those changes years ago! Tim had open houses every other weekend and was personally present for every showing which was very helpful in the selling of our house.
